Method
How we work

Scoping
We review the law, existing documents and current practice, and consult the people who use them.

Design
We draft in plain, precise language, with process maps, forms and templates.

Delivery
We test drafts with stakeholders in validation sessions and finalise them for approval.

Handover
We train users and trainers and leave user guides, so the institution can keep its documents current.
